The Role
As a Solicitor/Associate in our Canberra office, you will be an integral part of our General Liability team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, specialising in defending statutory classes of insurance claims, public liability, medical negligence, and historical abuse claims. You will be at the forefront of handling complex legal matters, contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our practice.
To be successful you will have:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1+ years of pre admission experience.
- Proven experience handling a variety of insurance claims, with a focus on statutory classes, public liability, medical negligence, and historical abuse claims. (highly advantageous)
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
