The Team
Our Workers Compensation team represents insurers and employers, responding to claims for the full spectrum of workplace injuries, whether physical, psychological, or both.

The Role
The role will be as a solicitor in our workplace injury team, providing legal advice to our clients as well as representation in the Personal Injury Commission and in Court. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ PQE, a background in Workers Compensation or general insurance, along with the following experience:
- Defendant experience within a well-regarded practice
- Experience advising on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy
- Strong litigation and research skills
- Willingness to participate in knowledge sharing and business development activities to enhance your skills
- Desire to grow and develop with our team
- An ability to build effective working relationships with clients
