The Architecture Team is a core part of the vision to ensure our platform is set up and continues to have strong foundations to support the business vision and drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our architects, product owners, scrum masters, technical leads to refine architecture principles and patterns to support our business.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in the implementation of architectural best practice, driving the consistent use of agreed standards and methods across the architecture community, leveraging industry knowledge and global best practice.
- Facilitate workshops to communicate designs with stakeholders, work through any concerns and uncertainty raised.
- Maintain templates and library of architectural artefacts.
- Support the delivery team in rolling out Tally’s solution for clients to implement the Product Roadmap, identifying solution gaps which require product development.
- Limit customer specific development and provide guidance to customers on solutions based on Tally standard functions and APIs.
Experience Required:
- Proven track record working in integration, solutions architecture or application architecture.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience supporting real-time event driven applications.
- Experience with cloud, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Experience with agile project management software such as Jira.
Key Competences Required:
- Teamwork and collaboration to support each other.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and methodological analysis to complex problems.
- Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework or AWS Well-Architected.
Qualifications Required:
- Degree in a technology field or alternatively, equivalent experience, training or education is required.
- Industry certifications in Azure or AWS
- Architecture certification such as TOGAF desirable.
