Join an exciting cutting-edge Customer Engagement Engine for a leading Bank in Australia. We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect with a background in Marketing Projects to transform colleague and customer experiences.
 
Key Details:

• Location: Melbourne or Sydney
• Daily Rate: Up to $1200 (Inc. Super) per day (Negotiable for exceptional candidates)
• Preference: Candidates with Marketing project experience

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect, you will lead the design of technology architectures, workflows, data flows, and integration specifications. Your expertise will drive the implementation of a new customer data platform and decision engine, enhancing personalized customer experiences.
 
Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in Solution Architecture, ideally within Marketing Projects or banking.
• Ability to design complex enterprise solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-based architectures.
• Familiarity with marketing, advertising, and data platforms such as Adobe Experience Engine, Tealium Customer Data Platform, Pega Decision Engine, and Adobe Workfront.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to phase delivery to meet immediate needs while building long-term strategic solutions.

Role Knowledge & Technical Competencies:

• 10+ years in the Technology industry, with 5+ years in Software Development and Design.
• Agile practices experience and the ability to work with third-party vendors and partners.
• Collaborative mindset, providing technical leadership to business, project, and technical teams.
