- In partnership with the sales team, help with discovery to understand the client's pains as well as current applications and data landscape
- Explain Visier's differentiation and value proposition compared to what's possible with a traditional reporting & BI solution, homegrown system, competitor solution, or Core HR system.
- Deliver world-class presentations and demos where you explain and show how Visier solutions can meet their needs and transform their organization.
- Ensure successful and thorough communication of the client's requirements to the Visier customer success (Delivery) team
- Responsible for solution proposals for RFIs and RFPs.
- Become a Visier solution expert. Understand how Visier addresses different analytics use cases and be the go-to person for all things solutions related.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both the customer as well as our internal teams
- 5+ years experience in an HR-related field such as people analytics, employee engagement, talent acquisition, or learning & development
- Ideally you come from a customer-facing role either as a management consultant, Solution Consultant, or similar field-based position
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You need to be a rockstar in front of customers and instill understanding and confidence in our solution and approach to a potentially skeptical audience.
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
- Experience with a cloud SaaS vendor is desirable.
