Role Summary

We currently seek a motivated and experienced Solution Delivery Manager with a successful track record of managing the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to manage the implementation of SystemView at scale as well as manage internal projects.

This role presents an opportunity to join a motivated, high-performing team with excellent growth potential. The successful candidate will manage the implementation of our key products and develop implementation standards and frameworks to support implementations at scale.

Skills and Qualities

We’re looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualities.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years' experience as a BI Solution Delivery Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication, writing and internal and external stakeholder management skills on all levels
• The ability to manage multiple workstreams
• The ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously in a complex but stimulating environment
• Experience with Healthcare and Healthcare analytics (preferred not essential)
• Experience and understanding of SQL preferred but not essential
• Experience in developing and managing project documentation / installation playbooks
• Proven experience with providing project updates and communicating risk / impact analyses to both external and internal stakeholders
• The ability to engage with technical teams and understanding their language. Working with sales teams to provide necessary inputs for proposals, tenders and other relevant information
• Confident to act as the key contact person for large delivery projects. Engage and collaborate with peers to define working standards, templates and validate documentation
• Demonstrated ability to visualise and respond to potential risks and issues to mitigate concerns before they materialise and provide recommendations

Good to have skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced start up operating environment
• Experience applying Agile and Waterfall Delivery frameworks and models
• Experience working with and managing multi-disciplinary cross functional teams

Key Responsibilities

• Plans, monitors, reports and coordinates the delivery of Technology projects, work packages and new installations. Ensures projects are carried out in accordance with agreed architectures, standards, methods and tools and addresses security and privacy requirements.
• Develops and guides the adoption of standard Solution Delivery methods, tools and techniques, ensuring that internal delivery teams are aligned and following consistent processes.
• Uses and recommends project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking the delivery of projects.
• Works alone or with a small team actively participating in all phases of the project.
• Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.
• Produces information artefacts that are accurate, current, relevant and easily understood by the intended audience.
• Providing accurate cost and duration estimates for specified work
• Assist with establishing and reporting on SystemView quality standards and performance metrics for the Technology team
• Devising and implementing continuous improvements and innovation initiatives within the team focus on clients, quality service and innovation
