What you'll be doingAs the
Solution Designer, you will own, influence and deliver a portfolio of business digitalisation and automation solutions. Our collaborative environment allows you to learn from others through sharing best practices and working on projects across multiple customers and sectors.
- Support the design of supply chain projects
- Manage solution design data requirements and address gaps to complete effective design of supply chain solutions
- Perform data analysis of customer's business characteristics, provide key input to the design of customer supply chain solutions
- Produce cost models of proposed solutions
- Develop and design customer solution proposals based on existing benchmarks and best practice in order to achieve DHL's growth, contract retention and continuous improvement objectives.
Requirements for the role- Previous experience in automation analysis
- 3 years experience in a commercial role within operations, supervisory or account management
- Successful history of building customer relationships
- Superior organisational, prioritisation and multi-tasking ability
- Advanced Microsoft skills including excel and power point
- The ability to see the 'big picture' and have an innovative & proactive approach
