I am recruiting a Business intelligence Analyst to join an organisation committed to enhancing the well-being of individuals globally through innovation.

As a Business intelligence Analyst, you will work as part of the finance team, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and delivering actionable insights through impactful analysis.

Experience:

• Proficient with MS Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks
• Highly experienced as a Business Intelligence Analyst, specialising in end-to-end implementation of scalable data products using Agile methodologies. This includes adeptness in establishing Kanban boards.
• Skilled in problem-solving, innovation, and executing strategies based on metrics.
• Possessing expertise in data validation, querying, pattern recognition, and deriving insights from diverse data sets.
• Demonstrating strong analytical capabilities in prioritising issues, assessing impacts, and conducting root cause analyses. Proficient in presenting actionable insights, managing client relationships, and meeting stringent deadlines.
• Excelling in communication, collaboration, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Engage closely with stakeholders to grasp business requirements and deliver actionable insights through impactful analytics.
• Develop pivotal reconciliations and stakeholder reports, promptly identify exceptions, and oversee data automation models to accommodate evolving business demands.
• Conduct advanced data analysis, applying statistical methodologies to uncover key drivers and trends crucial for informed decision-making.
• Establish and uphold best practices for data management within MS Power BI.
• Champion data literacy initiatives and uphold adherence to data governance standards.
• Iterate alongside stakeholders to validate discoveries, prioritise actions, and foster improved data literacy across the organisation.
