AddressOur client, one of the NSW government departments, has one of the largest programs of work, spanning over two years. At this point in the program, it is the harmonisation program. They are migrating legacy to SAP (RE-FX). The Solution Lead leads the solution design for specific functional areas and is responsible for the process and experience design.
The Solution Lead is responsible for the identification of opportunities to harmonise policies, processes, and data models that minimise the level of solution customisation, while ensuring solutions meet diverse business requirements.
Key accountabilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of project development and implementation across a portfolio of complex projects, including preparing business cases and project plans, establishing appropriate governance, identifying, allocating and managing resources, and meeting reporting requirements, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and in line with the Agency project management methodology
- Support deployment team Project Management, functional SMEs, and change and training assessors to ensure consistency of solution adoption across separate deployment teams
- Develop and implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of solution delivery gates, including data quality, test scope, process alignment, and contingency management
Desirable
- Must have RE-FX experience
- Tax reporting or Real Estate
- Functional consulting experience.
