Our team handles everything from storage and distribution to maintenance and disposal of explosive ordnance systems nationwide. We're currently seeking a dynamic Solution Architect to spearhead the technical development of solutions for our Explosive Ordnance Services division.
If you're a highly skilled and experienced professional ready to design and deliver innovative, mission-critical solutions within the Warehousing and Logistic space, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define architecture and design solutions
Analyze and understand customer and project requirements to develop effective technical solutions
Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
`Provide guidance and expertise to solution and operational teams, ensuring adherence to best practices
Oversee the integration of various solution components for seamless operational delivery
Maintain quality control standards and conduct regular reviews to guarantee the highest service delivery
Champion Lean Six Sigma practices for efficient project delivery
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend appropriate tools for Defence projects
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and design specifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain and Logistics or related field
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in defence or government sectors
Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Experience in technical leadership and mentoring
