As a turnkey solution provider, we offer a unique opportunity for holistic growth within our business operations.We're currently seeking a dynamic Solution Architect to spearhead the technical development of solutions for our Explosive Ordnance Services division.If you're a highly skilled and experienced professional ready to design and deliver innovative, mission-critical solutions within the Warehousing and Logistic space, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define architecture and design solutionsAnalyze and understand customer and project requirements to develop effective technical solutionsEngage with customers to gather feedback and ensure alignment with organizational objectives`Provide guidance and expertise to solution and operational teams, ensuring adherence to best practicesOversee the integration of various solution components for seamless operational deliveryMaintain quality control standards and conduct regular reviews to guarantee the highest service deliveryChampion Lean Six Sigma practices for efficient project deliveryStay updated on emerging technologies and recommend appropriate tools for Defence projectsCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and design specificationsRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain and Logistics or related fieldProven experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in defence or government sectorsProficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project managementExceptional problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environmentExperience in technical leadership and mentoringAfter you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
