THE ROLE

As a premier international provider specialising in green technologies and business sustainability solutions, we seek a dynamic and ambitious individual - a standout "A" player - to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving new business initiatives and should have at least five years of consultative sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

While previous experience in sustainability, solar, automation, and renewable energy solutions is preferred, it is not required. What we truly seek is an extraordinary individual who is eager to be part of something special - a professional with a desire to learn, willing to step out of their comfort zone, work hard, and is driven to excel in a competitive sales environment.

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years B2B experience in a BDM/Sales/ or Account Management role
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and cultivating new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients, thereby contributing to overall revenue expansion
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational aptitude
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and evolving environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges
  • Strong problem-solving abilities; a strategic and lateral thinker
  • Effective multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills
  • A valid Australian driver's licence
