Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our concrete structures to clients in the civil construction industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with engineers, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and establish lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target key decision-makers within the civil construction sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the advantages of our concrete structures.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions that meet client specifications.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the civil construction or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to comprehend technical specifications and convey them effectively to clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
