About the role:
We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Solutions Specialist proficient in UKG Workforce Dimensions. In this role, you will be the key resource of a companywide technology transformation. This role requires strong stakeholder and relationship building skills as you will be required to have a deep knowledge and understanding of business unit processes, operations, systems, and solutions across the Crown Resorts Group.
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure a smooth implementation of UKG Workforce Dimensions across the Crown Resorts Group
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot system issues for customers, ensuring prompt resolution and a seamless user experience.
- Ensure accurate and efficient functionality of the system through comprehensive system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting
- Deliver a high level and detailed solution models adding to the solution framework and IT strategy
- Collaborate with vendors and external consultants as needed to ensure successful system implementations and upgrades
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Specialist with a focus on UKG Workforce Dimensions
- Experience with HRIS transformation projects within a large corporate organisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Proactive organisational skills including the ability to meet tight deadlines
