We are expanding the Envisage family, and we are now seeking a professional person who is energised by an inclusive, dynamic, and fast paced work environment. This highly rewarding permanent full-time position offers opportunities to deliver complete HR Solutions to our amazing clients. 

Some of the responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with a variety of diverse clients to deliver solution-focused Human Resources services
• Work closely with clients to become an ‘Employer of Choice’ through a considered Employee Value Proposition
• Develop workforce strategies for our clients
• Develop and implement workforce strategies for our clients
• Build high performing teams for our clients by being involved in all stages of HR process
• Conduct HR audits and implement recommendations
• Prepare and develop HR documentation/reports as required
• Advise and conduct performance reviews when required
• Manage award interpretations
• Be a first point of contact for existing and new clients 

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Prior Human Resource experience
• Truly love working with people and to make a difference
• Strong negotiation skills
• A strong ability to use your own initiative
• Energy and passion! We are looking for someone who loves what they do!
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to develop solutions and deliver results
• The ability to manage customer expectations with respect and support
• A passion for Leadership Training and Development would be advantageous
