What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a Sommelier role in a premium dining establishment
- Knowledge of international wines, spirits, and beers
- Have knowledge of wine service and etiquette
- Show high attention to detail
- Demonstrate high presentation and grooming standards
- The ability to work as part of an energetic team with a positive "can do" attitude
- Ability to engage with guests to deliver high quality service and providing expert recommendations beverage
- Be professional, committed, punctual, reliable and loyal
- Hold a current NSW RSA Certificate
- WSET Level 2 as a minimum and/or CMS Certified (preferable)
