About the RoleWe are on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant Manager who possesses extensive wine knowledge and has the confidence to operate in a high-volume, high-end environment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant operations and curating a wine range that complements our menu. You will lead a dedicated Front of House team in offering exceptional customer service, all while optimising revenue streams.
Key Duties
- Overall management of restaurant operations
- Development and curation of our wine menu
- Effective management of the Front of House team, ensuring consistent and high-quality service
- Recruitment, leadership, and development of Front of House staff
- Foster effective communication between kitchen teams and Front of House staff
- Oversee staff rostering and timesheet management
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years as a Restaurant Manager or an equivalent role
- Education: WEST course training, RSA certificate
- Personality Traits: Ambitious, a real people person, excellent communicator
