We currently have a vacancy with Post Office Brewing co to work across multiple venues on Magnetic Island including Picnic Bay Hotel and The Townsville Brewery.
We are looking for a Sous Chef/ Chef Tournant with an immediate start for the successful applicant.
Working in a busy kitchen preparing , Bistro, Restaurant Cook to Order and Function food of the highest quality.
Working with and reporting to the Executive Chef the successful applicant will work alongside a team from various areas of the world. The team is young and inexperienced and will require the successful applicant to be patient, understanding and have the ability to teach and provide direction.
Maintaining Food Cost controls, reducing wastage along with maintaining tight wage controls are paramount to the ongoing success of the Brewery's food operations.
