If you’re an experienced Sous Chef with a flair for creativity, an eye for detail, strong leadership skills and a passion for good food, we have several opportunities for qualified Sous Chefs to join our Catering Team, working on a 2:1 (fourteen days on, seven days off) Fly-In-Fly-Out roster at Dysart .
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for experienced, passionate Sous Chefs who are seeking their next career step. To be successful, you’ll need;
Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking)
Previous FIFO Chef or Sous Chef experience is highly desired but not essential
Excellent knowledge of HACCP
Prior Sous Chef experience highly desirable
Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia
