Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Showcasing your culinary skills to execute a tex-mex menu
• Delivering a positive experience for our guests
• General food preparation & cleanliness
• Supporting the Head Chef with team management, ordering, programming execution and team training
• Ensuring compliance with Food Safety standards and WHS regulations 

What we are looking for  
 
We are looking for a BOH leader with previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar style venue. The successful candidate must hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and be an experienced Chef looking to progress, upskill and grow within a large hospitality group.
