About the Role
At El Camino Cantina we do Tex-Mex turbocharged! If you’re hard-working, energetic and a taco-loving, margarita maestro, El Camino Cantina is the place of work for you!
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Showcasing your culinary skills to execute a tex-mex menu
- Delivering a positive experience for our guests
- General food preparation & cleanliness
- Supporting the Head Chef with team management, ordering, programming execution and team training
- Ensuring compliance with Food Safety standards and WHS regulations
We are looking for a BOH leader with previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar style venue. The successful candidate must hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and be an experienced Chef looking to progress, upskill and grow within a large hospitality group.
