Job Description 
 
As a key part of the brigade, you will be responsible for driving the restaurant operations and will lead the team in and out of service, upholding the company’s focus on quality and sustainability. The business is continually evolving to ensure it remains a destination for local and destination diners for years to come, you will be pivotal in this process.

Candidate Profile:To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or a Sous Chef in a premium environment
• Strong culinary and creative skills with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
• In-depth knowledge of international cuisines, culinary trends, and local sourcing practices
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
