The Bridge Garden Bar Mandurah is Mandurah's go to venues where we offer patrons all day dining 7 days a week, and have built a solid food & beverage trade with a classic pub style food and Street eats menu.
The Bridge Garden Bar we are seeking qualified Sous Chefs and experienced Chefs.
This Historical Mandurah venue is becoming one of Mandurah's go to venues with a number of spaces available for functions, all-day dining, socialising, live music with both indoors and outdoors areas available with one of Mandurah's best beer gardens.
About the company
The venue is a fast-paced Classic pub style with a casual environment for locals & tourists alike, with an extensive food and beverage menu with both sharing & large plates as well as pizzas available for all day dining.
We trade 7 days a week including public holidays.

About the Positions.
The positions we are looking for are full-time, we are looking for passionate and motivated Chef's who enjoy a challenge and working in a busy environment. We will trade 7 days a week including Public Holidays.
The successful applicants will:
· Have a good sense of humour
· A flair and eye for detail.
· The ability to follow instructions and prepare meals according to our menu and standards.
· Good initiative and Listening skills
· The ability to work a section including that section's prep
· A good understanding of OH&S practices
· The ability to work as a part of a team
· Be passionate about hospitality
· Willing to train and work with apprentice chefs.
Sous Chef,
- Be able to lead and act in the absents of the Head Chef
- To assist the Head Chef with menu changes
- Be able to order kitchen produce etc. when needed.
- To Train and guide other team members including apprentice chefs.
- Must help maintain our current standards.
- Be able to liaison with the Venue Manager and senior staff.
About the position
Ideally would prefer full time, but Part-time or Casual is available depending on your experience.
We are offering hourly pay rate so you will be paid for the hours you actually work, as well as friendly working conditions.
25% across all our venues.
The successful applicants will have a passion for creating quality dishes, a good sense of humor, flair and eye for detail and the ability to hold their own in a section.
