Our client is a leading logistics company committed to delivering frozen, chilled, and dry goods freight with excellence and reliability. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a dynamic individual to lead their South West Regional Depots team.

About the opportunity

As the South West Regional Manager, you will oversee the operations of two  depots (Bunbury and Busselton), ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of freight while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. In this role, you will:

• Establish and maintain a positive and supportive environment for depot staff
• Ensure service delivery obligations are met and exceeded
• Provide a safe and secure working environment through training and compliance

To achieve these objectives, you will work closely with depot managers, Forrestfield staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate operations, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

We are seeking a candidate with leadership skills in logistics management. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in transport operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive cost-effective solutions
