Randstad is recruiting for a Spare Parts coordinator for one of our long term valued clients.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in internal sales and customer service as you will be the first point of contact for clients within the manufacturing & construction industry.
Key Duties
- Greeting customers when they arrive
- Answer all email and phone enquiries
- Assisting in general customer enquiries and requests
- Interpret spare parts calls.
- Provide quotes and process the payments and invoices
- Keep track of distribution or products
- Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience using multiple CRM systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Highly organised and well presented
