Key Responsibilities:

• Ordering, processing, and procuring goods for end-clients.
• Managing returned goods and supplier refunds.
• Providing end-to-end administrative support.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all engagements (for the service team).
• Sales support, including providing quotes and communication with suppliers.
• Continuously providing suggestions to streamline internal processes.
• Providing sales support for the sales team.
• Processing sales and purchase orders promptly.
• Assisting with delivery logistics.
• Searching for and negotiating the best prices for clients.
• Demonstrating a high level of attention to detail throughout to minimize mistakes.
• Providing management and mentorship to the sales support team.
• Performing 1-to-1 catch-ups and performance reviews.
• Building, monitoring, and updating SLAs and KPIs for the team.

Key Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Friendly personality who thrives in a team.
• Strong ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong technical ability (and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly).
• Strong understanding of business processes and accounting.
