AddressWideland Group is one of the largest and most diverse privately-owned dealership groups in regional Australia with branches throughout New South Wales and Queensland. We employ over 200 people and currently operate over 7 dealerships providing parts and service support for the agricultural, construction, truck, and automotive industries.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team based in Toowoomba QLD. This role will allow you to work with industry leading parts brand such as HINO.
You will be responsible for:
- Liaising and building relationships with customers and providing accurate and friendly service in person, on the phone and by email
- Identify the make, model and variations of products from the list of preferred suppliers
- Identify, locate and source required parts with required urgency
- Provide pricing and availability, parts & technical assistance to customers, the sales and service team
- Maintain accurate stocktaking and inventory control
- Accurately unpack and pack and stock its correct area when received
- Customer calls and deliveries as required.
- Maintain a safe, neat and tidy parts warehouse and showroom.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in a similar role with demonstrated successes in previous roles:
- Automotive or Truck Dealership experience preferred
- High level Customer service experience essential
- Must have a positive and friendly approach, a team player
- High attention to detail and ability to follow things through to completion
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills
- Full manual driver’s license
- Forklift license would be highly regarded
- Experience with Auto IT “Equip” or similar DMS System
