Randstad is recruiting for a Spare Parts coordinator for one of our long term valued clients.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in Spare Parts enquiries or internal sales as you will be the first point of contact for clients within the manufacturing & construction industry.
Key Duties
- Assist with Spare Parts enquiries - interpret parts lists, and the manuals ensuring customers enquiries are met
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Provide quotes and process the payments and invoices
- Keep track of distribution or products
- Build rapport with internal and external stakeholder to generate repeat business opportunities
- General administration
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role - someone who understands Spare Parts
- Previous experience using multiple CRM systems is beneficial
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Manufacturing background highly regarded
