About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Lawyer with a transportable practice to join our Sydney office. Candidates must have experience in leadership roles, established referral networks and strong business development skills. We are interested in candidates who are enthusiastic about progressing their career to the next level, can assist with an established pipeline of work and who will be able to establish and grow their own network.
A transferable client base with gross fees in the vicinity of $400,000.00-$500,000.00 is required. We also encourage sole practitioners or small teams who are looking to join a larger practice to enquire about the role.
You will have excellent support and mentoring from highly experienced team members and a balance of teamwork and autonomy.
You will be experienced in:
• Conducting property and/or corporate commercial matters
• Business development
• Mentoring of junior staff
• Working in a senior role
Experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:
• Residential, Commercial & Rural Conveyancing (All Jurisdictions with be considered)
• Development Conveyancing, Development Titling and Strategic Advisory
• Joint Ventures
• Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Infrastructure Leasing
• Establishment of Trusts
• Incorporation of Companies
• Sales/Purchases of Business through asset or share transactions.
• Mergers
• If you practice in other areas of property and/or corporate/commercial not noted above, we will be happy to consider the addition of these areas to broaden the practice.
