The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are now offering an opportunity for a Special Counsel/Senior Property Lawyer to join our industry recognised property team.
Our property team is the largest practice group in our firm, headed up by our Director, Adrian Irdi, comprising 6 excellent lawyers (4 of which are senior) and an incredibly talented support team of 7 legal assistants (2 of which are executive) who provide a very high level of administrative and drafting support.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with a good practical understanding of commercial property law, including leasing, project work and sales and acquisitions.
With a minimum of 7-10 years PAE experience, you're a legal professional who thrives in the fast-paced world of property law.
Collegiality is a strong aspect of our team, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and established senior-level lawyer to join our team.
What You'll Do
As part of the IRDI Legal team, you'll be responsible for both managing your own files and working on matters with our team.
You will be responsible for negotiating the terms of documents (including lease documents and sale contracts) and building on established client relationships.
