We provide an opportunity to explore connections with Farm Animals, our Food and Agriculture, as well as Sustainable Systems.
About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, Farmability is seeking a vibrant Program Co-Ordinator to deliver Farmability Programs to participants and join their team on a permanent part-time basis initially, with a view to full time.
The role is flexible around school hours, and the program runs in line with the standard school terms. If you’re reliable, motivated and passionate about inspiring and caring for people of all abilities, we would love to hear from you.
Duties may include:
- Working and directing your support team
- Delivering and Co-Ordinating Programs
- Greeting and managing participants and their Carers, which includes administration requirements and record keeping in accordance with individual service plans.
- Assistance with setting up and preparing program material and activities
Skills & experience
- Previous experience as a Carer, Teacher, Vocation care etc would be beneficial but not necessary.
- Transferrable skills in providing vibrant enthusiasm, inclusive care and compassion to others.
