This independent, K-12, Catholic school specialises in the provision of Special Needs education for students with mild to moderate disabilities. Your new role
We are looking for a secondary teacher of English with a passion for making a difference to take on this full-time position commencing as soon as possible or with the start of term 2.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Be passionate about making a difference to the lives of students with Special Needs
- Be a qualified secondary school teacher with sound knowledge and an interest in working in special education.
- Have a compassionate, caring and collaborative approach to teaching, effectively working with your team of aides.
- Be effective at differentiating and adapting your teaching programs to cater to individual learning needs and student abilities.
Applicants must hold NESA registration and current working with children check to be eligible for employment as a teacher in NSW.
