About the Role As Part of the Maintenance and Engineering Centre of Excellence (MECoE), the Specialist Asset Management will support the execution of BHP Asset Management core deliverables across Fixed and Mobile Plant projects. Reporting to the Lead Asset Management, you will ensure that we deliver quality Asset Management systems and processes across Assets, Sites & Functions. This role will give you the opportunity to cultivate positive relationships through effective communication, feedback, and consultation across the BHP business. Your responsibilities: Provide specialist support with the deployment of lifecycle Asset Management principles and provide expertise and support to Assets, sites, and other stakeholders Work with project manager and regional leads to develop engagement strategy for site engagement and stakeholder mapping for deployment Support in the quality deliverables and timely delivery of project and report on progress Facilitate stakeholder workshops that drive tangible outcomes Manage external consultants to assure quality and timely delivery of project deliverables Engage key site stakeholders to resolve issues and challenges regarding the Asset Management project Support continuous improvement of the Asset Management System Strong participation as a vital member of the team across Safety and the BHP Operating System About You As part of a small team the success of the role will be underpinned through supporting diversity of thought and collaboration.
