As a Specialist, BA, you will be at the heart of our cross-functional business areas, aligning business requirements to achieve outstanding outcomes. Your unique contribution will include building strong relationships and connect with various teams to foster collaboration and drive success.
You will be a clear communicator with the ability to articulate business needs and strategies effectively and thrive in dynamic environments and turn challenges into opportunities.
This is a permanent vacancy and will ideally be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for the right candidate to really hit the ground running with the following experiences;
Business analysis experience (e.g. 5 years+) on a diverse range of projects e.g. business transformation, application development, process re-design
Demonstrated experience undertaking Business Analysis with large groups of multiple cross functional business areas on large scale programs of work via multiple mediums across multiple locations.
Demonstrated experience undertaking business process analysis and design to inform and enable quality project outcomes.
Demonstrated experience of a Business Partnering mindset and a team player with good business relationship, influencing and collaboration skills
5 Years of Australian Financial Service industry experience or other regulated industry.
Experience in intermediated general insurance highly desirable.
Experience in Guidewire highly desirable.
Certified Agile/Scrum qualifications
Desired: Certified Business Analyst
Desired: HCD, CX, UX, Design Thinking
Desired: Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) qualification
