- Managing a portfolio of Work Injury Damages claims
- Supporting the injury management and treatment for your workers
- Supporting your workers to prepare for the transition off the workers compensation system
- Conducting independent Case Reviews for each case to plan, develop and execute strategies
- Ensuring claims are managed in accordance with company standards and the Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Act
- Delivering excellent customer service to key stakeholders from multiple backgrounds.
- Desirable experience in a workers’ compensation claims role or similar relevant industry experience.
- Experience with Work Injury Damages cases and the understanding of the relevant legislation
- A high degree of influencing skill partnered with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Developed time management skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Background education and/or experience in a legal setting.
