Digital Workplace Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Digital Workplace Specialist to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our Digital Workplace infrastructure and applications, supporting our internal stakeholders and enhancing end-user experience.
This role would suit a graduate looking to enter the workforce in a progressive organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with provisioning, managing, and maintaining other computing devices including mobile devices, printers & peripherals
- Manage ongoing PC provisioning and refreshes in a manner aligning with DKSH frameworks, IT strategy and roadmaps
- Ensure a smooth end user IT experience, focusing primarily on the Digital Workplace infrastructure and applications and supporting senior team members similarly
- Work closely with the IT applications team to ensure service continuity for key business applications and workflows
- Responsibility for the IT onboarding for new staff including provisioning IT equipment, services, and guidance
- Responsibility for processing incoming IT equipment for re-provisioning
- Support, setup, maintain & configure user PC’s, mobile devices, tablets, printers
- Manage, provision, and reclaim IT peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, printers, memory.
- Support, install, update, and configure operating systems & applications on user PCs and devices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows client operating systems and productivity applications
- Familiarity with endpoint security and management applications (e.g., Anti-Virus, Internet Filtering)
- Experience with IT service management processes, including ticket management
- Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting networking hardware
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
