About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Applications Specialist who is a SharePoint Expert with a strong focus on AI solutions for this 12 month assignment. This role is critical for managing and optimising the SharePoint environment, ensuring smooth operations of key applications and platforms, including UiPath, Veeva, Salesforce, and digital channels. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design, develop, and support business solutions, impacting our efficiency and productivity significantly.
Duties
- Ensure smooth operation of critical applications
- Design, develop, test, deliver, and support SharePoint solutions
- Provide second-level technical support for application issues
- Analyse user needs for application improvement
- Train staff and troubleshoot application errors
- Partner with Digital Managers for compliance and governance
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform for automation and application development
- Develop custom applications and automate workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Conduct gap analysis to assess existing applications
- Support business process improvement through automation
- Create and maintain system and business requirement documentation
- Monitor and maintain affiliate websites and digital channels
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, medical device, banking or similar
- Proven SharePoint solution development experience is a must have
- Familiarity with Veeva, Salesforce, and web technologies would be highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Understanding of robotic process automation (RPA) with UiPath
- Knowledge of cloud, mobility, and social media technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organisation
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements
- Ability to commit to a 12 month temporary assignment
