FINISH: Two weeks with possibility of extension
The purpose of this role is to provide quality medical services including inpatient and outpatient care and management of acute medical admissions and the Admission, Discharge and Transit Ward (ADTW) to assist with hospital avoidance and Hospital In The Home (HITH) for subacute care.
