About the role:
The Digital Innovation team is currently seeking a Specialist IT Operations Management to join them on a 5:2 Roster based at Perth. Reporting to the Principal IT Operations Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and managing the ServiceNow platform within Roy Hill's IT services and support.
The Specialist IT Operations Management works closely with the ITSM team to ensure that the CMDB is aligned with the organization's IT strategy and meets the needs of the business. They are also responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow Discovery, and automating IT service management processes to improve efficiency. This role plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of the entire ServiceNow platform.
Duties:
- Experience working with CMDB health, ServiceNow platform management, and IT service management processes, preferably in a mining or similar industry.
- Experience in implementing, managing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Discovery.
- General knowledge of the mining industry and the underlying and emerging technologies.
- ITIL Foundation
- Relevant ITOM or ServiceNow vendor certification
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with CMDB health, ServiceNow platform management, and IT service management processes, preferably in a mining or similar industry.
- Experience in supporting the implementation, management, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Discovery.
