- Contribute expertise, identify training needs, and develop, update and continuously improve prescribed training curriculum for the department
- Provide guidance for material risk and critical control maturity assessments, evaluations and testing
- Help identify improvement opportunities for materials risks and critical controls
- Coach and mentor to improve understanding of material risks and critical controls across the business.
- Work collaboratively across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders with varying degrees of seniority
- Update maintenance procedures & work instructions where relevant
- Build cross-functional relationships with other reliability, risk and training sub-functions
- Execute high value Field Leadership observations
Please note this position is based at
Olympic Dam, operating on a 8/6 roster, with residential or FIFO options out of Adelaide available.
About You- Proven commitment to look after your own wellbeing and the confidence to speak up when others put themselves in harm's way.
- Prior exposure to risk management and/or training compliance recommended
- Must have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise
- Need to be safety minded, with proven ability to demonstrate HSEC behaviours
- Be a team player, but also be able to work effectively unsupervised and be highly self-motivated
- Ability to communicate well across multiple levels and disciplines
