You are a  qualified Speech Pathologist  looking for a new and exciting opportunity to expand your clinical knowledge, helping individuals overcome communication and/or swallowing difficulties.
You are  passionate  and  flexible  in providing innovative, evidence-based and client-centred services to people in their community setting. You enjoy working holistically with families and collaborating with other like-minded professionals to promote the best outcome for clients.
You have  strong interpersonal skills  that allow you to develop collaborative relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to empower individuals to develop self-confidence, independence, and a positive attitude towards learning.

About the Opportunity
We offer a unique opportunity for an innovative and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our compassionate and experienced team in a full-time, part-time , or contractor role.

The role will involve a mix of working with people with a  communication and/or swallowing problem , in the  northern and/or western suburbs  of Melbourne including community and home visit appointments.  We are happy to tailor your caseload to suit your interests and area of expertise. You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with other like-minded allied health professionals to provide a comprehensive and holistic service for your clients.
You will also have the opportunity to create therapy programs for Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) to implement.

Above award salary plus super (up to $120k plus super depending on experience). Travel reimbursements are provided.
