Elara Allied Health is a mobile service provider offering speech pathology services to clients in the comfort of their homes, as well as in schools, daycares, and preschools. We are committed to providing high-quality, individualized care to support the communication and development needs of our clients, with a soon-to-be clinic to expand our services.
Position: Speech Pathologist
Location: Mobile – visits to homes, schools, daycares, and preschools, with soon-to-be clinic
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide diagnoses for speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide therapy services to children in various settings, including homes, schools, daycares, and preschools.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support the needs of clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
- Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) registration.
- Experience working with children with speech and language disorders is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
