About the role
Ballina Community Health has an exciting career opportunity for a Social Worker to join their team. This is a new role established from the split of a generalist role into adult and paediatric components. This role will service adult patients referred from on the general ward at Ballina District Hospital as well as adult outpatients. The role is positioned in Ballina and is linked with the broader speech pathology acute team at Lismore Base Hospital. These hours could also be combined with other currently advertised level 3 roles.
