About the Role: As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Aged Care residents to enhance their communication, social participation, and overall wellbeing. Your expertise will contribute to improving the quality of life for their residents, fostering meaningful connections with their families, and enriching their day-to-day experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech pathology services to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of communication and swallowing disorders
- Support organization-wide menu management activities and Nutrition & Hydration program
- Demonstrate strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills within an interdisciplinary team
- Build meaningful connections with residents and their families

About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA registration
- Previous experience overseeing dysphagia management caseload
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Influenza vaccination
- Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and possess excellent communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
- Thrive in an interdisciplinary team environment and are dedicated to providing high-quality care to Aged Care residents.
