Learning Links are searching for passionate Speech Pathologists to join the team. In these programs you have the amazing opportunity to work in collaboration with education teams to achieve the best outcomes for students who may not normally be able to afford or access support. You will have an opportunity to work at our clinics at Gledswood Hills, Liverpool and Peakhurst, and whole school service delivery in these areas. The roles we offer are flexible with options to work part time, full time (up to 38 hours per week), from Monday to Saturday. We also have flexible arrangements for you to work from home to complete your reports, receive mentoring & clinical supervision, or work with families online over Zoom.
Day To Day You Will Be
Working with a wide range of children including those with learning difficulties and disabilities and their families and teachers.
Working in a clinic close to home, with assessment tools and resources provided for you.
Working collaboratively to support school communities through assessments, intervention with students, demonstrations, consultation and professional learning.
Conducting screening, assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for children with speech, language and communication needs.
Providing clinical supervision and mentoring to early career Speech Pathologists.
Planning, developing and presenting professional learning for our team based on your areas of expertise.
Participating in peer supervision with a team of highly experienced clinicians.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team of Psychologists and Educators
Providing great customer service and build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Achieving individual and team KPIs to support Learning Links’ strategy for growth.
