About Us
Kids Focus is a dynamic Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy practice in Southern Sydney providing services to children with a range of disabilities and delays. We pride ourselves on offering the highest standard of services in a customised and approachable way for our clients to progress and reach their full potential. We work closely with families, carers, teachers, learning and support teams, Local Area Coordinators and others who are involved in our client’s care.
Our work consists of face-to-face client sessions in our Penshurst practice, as well as the school/preschool visits and Telehealth sessions.
About the Role
We are looking for engaging and motivated team members to take Full or Part-time roles. New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. The positions can be tailored to best meet your needs and will be remunerated accordingly.

What will you do at Kids Focus?
- Provide personalised and engaging paediatric speech pathology services to assess, diagnose and manage clients with communication disorders
- Use a range of different service delivery models including one-on-one and small groups across various settings
- Continue to grow and be challenged in your role as a clinician
- Provide an evidence-based best practice service within professional, legal, and ethical parameters
- Adhere to Kids Focus for Speech Pathology’s policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Carry out administration tasks as required by the practice

DESIRED Criteria
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
- Current Speech Pathology Australia Membership with Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
- Ability to work flexibly and independently within various service models and across various locations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to suit the target audience
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
- Demonstrate a continuous commitment to professional development and willingness to learn as part of a team
- Eligibility for Medicare Provider Status
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current unencumbered drivers’ licence with eligibility to drive in NSW in own reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle
