- Minimum of two (2) years' experience working in an adult acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Experience in VFSS is highly desirable
- Experience in SPEAK OUT! or LSVT is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and in co-operation with others
- Clinical skills in comprehensive assessment, management and discharge planning of patients with a range of swallowing and communication difficulties
- Professional behaviour and conduct which reflects self-initiative, confidentiality, self-evaluation and commitment to professional development
- Good working knowledge of community support services
- Skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Ability to manage a demanding workload, and effectively prioritise tasks
RemunerationOn offer is an hourly rate ranging from $39.56 - $66.57 + casual loading and superannuation, based on qualifications and experience. Exclusive of penalties and allowances.

The hospital is licensed for 150 beds and has recently undergone a $55 million upgrade that has included the incorporation of additional beds, two additional operating theatres with advanced Stryker equipment, additional four oncology chairs, a multideck car parking building (with free parking) and a new separate specialist consulting suite building on site.
