AddressEvolve Therapeutic Services are looking for a Speech PathologistMental Health Clinicianto join their team. This is a flexible part-time position (38 hours per fortnight) until December 2024.
Evolve Therapeutic Services provides comprehensive Mental Health assessment, risk assessments and therapeutic intervention for young people under the age of 18 who are in the out-of-home care system. The team provides a multidiscipline approach to treatment, with a focus on both individual and systemic intervention that supports the care team around the child to understand their Mental Health needs.
The purpose of this role is to deliver evidence-based child and youth Mental Health services with Child and Youth Mental Health Service, specifically Evolve Therapeutic Services.
This includes:
- Detailed clinical assessment, patient education, therapeutic intervention and/or management and assistance with discharge planning within a multi-disciplinary context.
- Clinical education, training and supervision of students and allied health assistants.
- Participation and contribution to quality improvement and research activities under the guidance of senior staff.
Evolve Therapeutic Services, Child and Youth Mental Health Services is located in Meadowbrook , Queensland. Applicants who wish to undertake this role from another location within Australia will be considered.
The Speech PathologistMental Health Clinician is a Health Practitioner 3 classification with a salary range of $42.40 - $56.89 per hour.
