Candidates that can apply?
Full- time and part-time candidates welcome for the following positions:
- 2x Experienced SP/ OT
- 1x Senior SP/ OT
Your role will require the following expectations:
- Delivery Speech and Occupational Therapy to Participants of all ages with varying abilities to embrace their potential
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver positive outcomes that align with clients’ goals
- Complete relevant assessments and provide client-centred interventions to identify their unique needs
- Work with Participants to identify and address barriers to their engagement through the use of meaningful activities and occupations.
- Undertake high-level reports/Assessments (NDIS and others)
- Providing therapeutic interventions to help children improve their motor skills, sensory processing, and daily life activities
- Creating a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages all Participants to thrive
- Prescribe and advise on assistive technology, specialist equipment and training
- Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for our Participants clients
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders.
- Achieve company KPIs.
- Effectively manage caseload with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
The successful candidates will require the possess the following qualifications for this role
- A degree in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy
- Registration with SPA or AHPRA
- A genuine passion for working with Participants under the NDIS and a compassionate, patient demeanour.
- Valid Driver's license
- NDIS worker's screening check
