Candidates that can apply?

Full- time and part-time candidates welcome for the following positions:

• 2x Experienced SP/ OT
• 1x Senior SP/ OT

Your role will require the following expectations:

• Delivery Speech and Occupational Therapy to Participants of all ages with varying abilities to embrace their potential
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver positive outcomes that align with clients’ goals
• Complete relevant assessments and provide client-centred interventions to identify their unique needs
• Work with Participants to identify and address barriers to their engagement through the use of meaningful activities and occupations.
• Undertake high-level reports/Assessments (NDIS and others)
• Providing therapeutic interventions to help children improve their motor skills, sensory processing, and daily life activities
• Creating a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages all Participants to thrive
• Prescribe and advise on assistive technology, specialist equipment and training
• Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for our Participants clients
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders.
• Achieve company KPIs.
• Effectively manage caseload with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

The successful candidates will require the possess the following qualifications for this role

• A degree in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy
• Registration with SPA or AHPRA
• A genuine passion for working with Participants under the NDIS and a compassionate, patient demeanour. 
• Valid Driver's license 
• NDIS worker's screening check
