We believe in person-centric support, focusing on our clients and their families to achieve a holistic system of therapy. We specialise in complex behavioural support via our multi-disciplinary (Multi-D) model. All our practitioners have been selected for their experience in their chosen field, commitment, passion, and ability to empathise, educate and engage with our clients. Our support services take place in our client’s preferred environment, where they feel safe, comfortable, and secure, this includes schools, family home or community day option environments.
Our carefully selected practitioners demonstrate engagement, passion, communication, and commitment to all our clients. We currently have a team of highly experienced practitioners who are ready to assist our clients achieve the optimum outcomes from their therapy with little or no wait times. Due to our outstanding reputation our client base is growing, and we are looking for more amazing and passionate team members. Currently we have vacancies for Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy.
About the roles:
The successful candidates will have experience in the following:
- Assessing clients using various assessment tools
- Create individualised outcome focused goals.
- Support clients on a 1:1 basis and/or within a group setting
- Working in collaborative partnership with parents and other professionals to facilitate the building of skills for our clients.
- Participate in clinical team meetings (including training opportunities)
- Support team members and provide clinical and organisational leadership to staff.
- Provide feedback regarding intake and waitlist management.
- Participate in quality improvement and system development processes.
- Maintain a healthy case load of clients.
- Undertake Professional Development Planning

All applicants must address the key selection criteria as outlined below:
- Current registration with your area of expertise
- At least two years post registration experience.
- An understanding of the NDIS and the broader disability and mental health sectors
- Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to confidently facilitate training, meetings, presentations and other group activities.
- Highly developed report writing skills.
- A current and valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle to use for the purpose of attending appointments
