What’s the role?
Provide leadership and supervision to our Speech Pathologists supporting the development of their clinical skills and discipline knowledge
Have regular check-ins with the team (with varying experience) providing formal and informal support and feedback, and lead with a positive influence.
Complete assessments & reports that are goal orientated to support life transitions.
Ensure best practice standards for Speech pathology services, and contribute to the improvement and development of clinical practices and procedures.
Provide direction & actively oversee team member KPIS’s, billables hours and stakeholder business engagement activities, escalating to the Clinical Lead and Operations Manager areas of concern and under performance to jointly establish action for improvement.

Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
Experienced Senior Speech Pathologist
SPA Membership
NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance & Ochre Card, or an ability to obtain
Current driver’s license
Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
Mixed caseload experience and working knowledge of NDIS highly regarded
